great location, i enjoyed everything

the location are fantastic. i finded a private dock for water taxi at the hotel, it helps a lot with luggage. the staff was very helpful all the time. they helped me with all my needs and requests , that was great.
the mattress was very firm, this gave me some sleepless hours. i think the mattress should be a little softer.

canal view helpful staff venetian style
The hotel is right next to the canal. I watched gondolas pass by. the staff helped with taxi arrangements too. i really liked the venetian style in my room. It was very nice and clean.
the air conditioning was a bit weak.

The hotel is very close to st mark's square through streets full of well-lit shops even at night. This is a very central location. there are a lot of local restaurants nearby, it is so easy to find everything!

The hotel has its own private jetty. It is super convenient! they offer a very plentiful breakfast with a great selection of juices, yoghurts, fruit, cakes, cheeses, and salamis. they even had an english breakfast.

Our superior double room was quiet and clean. Breakfast on the canal-side balcony offered a lovely view. marco provided helpful tips for navigating the city and shared historical insights, i appreciated his assistance. the hotel arranged a water taxi from the airport, it brought us directly to the hotel's jetty, this saved time and luggage hassle. i was given toiletries, towels and slippers.
The mattress felt a bit firm. I should've mentioned it to the staff.
